Industrialized House is divided into Post-and-lintel, Panel, and Box unit according to structure. It can be classified into steel, wooden, and concrete as building materials. At the time of introduction, Box units were mainly applied to public institutions and schools, and in 2007, military dwellings, apartment houses, and public dormitories were established. However, Detached dwelling, which has a small construction market size, can not be applied to the Box unit method, which requires mass production system. To solve these problems, it is a Panel modular method that reduces the rate of factory production. The purpose of this study is to verify the superiority of Polycam Housing using SIP. The superiority of Polycam Housing is as follows. First, it has excellent residential environment performance. Insulation performance, airtight performance, and cold bridge prevention performance. Second, it has excellent structural safety. It is safe from earthquake because it uses reinforcing metal and han-ok joining method. Third, it has construction ability to shorten construction period and labor cost by utilizing Cam-Lock. |
