Recent social changes like marriage avoidance, youth unemployment, severe low birthrate, aging have led single-person households to the most rapid increase in the world. Therefore, the main object of research is to be used as a point of reference by identifying the space planning components preferred by 20s-30s and providing directions of single-housing space planning.This research identified the concept of single-household and space planning components by examining prospective study, analyzed requirements of single-household by executing surveys. Those prospective study and surveys reason out 3 conclusions. First, to reflect dwellers' characteristics, when planning single household of 20s-30s, it is required to be planned to provide a system that residents can select the interior design components by themselves. Second, to assure residents' safety and to increase the level of satisfaction about dwellers' privacy protection, it is required to support installing CCTV cameras, Third, to make better use of a limited space, it is required to consider preferred requirements of 20s-30s residents when space planning. |
