(연구배경 및 목적) 모더니즘 건축의 문제를 극복하기 위해 나타났던 근대의 지역주의 건축과 달리 현대 도시, 건축, 공공 디자인 분야에서의 지역성은 많은 선행연구에서 그 구체성에 대한 합의를 도출하기가 어려운 상황임을 이야기하고 있으나, 여전히 도시건축에서 중요한 화두가 되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 관심에도 불구하고 실제로 디자인 전문가들이 지역성을 반영한 디자인을 하려고 하거나, 지역성을 고려한 심사를 하려고 할 때 참고할 만한 객관적 자료나 평가기준은 많지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 지역성에 대한 지역 전문가들의 다양한 생각들을 AHP 분석을 통해 구조화하고, 우선순위와 항목간의 중요도 차이를 분석하여 객관적인 기준을 만들기 위한 기초자료 제공에 목적이 있다. (연구방법) 먼저 문헌 조사를 통해 도시건축 분야에서의 AHP연구와 지역성 관련 연구들을 종합하여 설문의 대상이 되는 지역성 표현 요소들을 추출하고, 2개의 계층구조로 분류하여 위계화하였다. 다음으로 지역성과 연관된 디자인 전문가 중 건축디자인 전문가를 대상으로 5가지 상위 항목과 이와 연관된 18가지 하위 항목으로 분류된 위계화 항목들에 대한 AHP 설문을 시행하고, 회수된 설문지의 응답내용을 통계분석프로그램과 AHP 분석 프로그램을 통해 분석하여 각 항목들 사이의 우선순위와 중요도 값(가중치)을 구하고 지역성 표현 요소들에 대한 전문가들의 가치 인식 구조를 알아보았다. (결과) 선행 논문의 지역성 관련 요소들을 종합 분석한 결과를 AHP 설문의 계층구조로 적용시켜 상징성, 장소성, 풍토성, 전통성, 지역사회의 5개 항목을 상위 위계로 하는 전문가의 가치구조 분석틀을 제작할 수 있었다. 또한 설문 결과를 AHP 프로그램으로 분석하여, 1차 계층구조 5개 항목과 2차 계층구조 18개 항목이 각 계층구조 내에서 가지는 상대적인 중요도 값(가중치)을 정량화하고 우선순위를 구할 수 있었다. 1차 계층구조 항목의 AHP 분석 결과 전문가들은 장소성-지역사회-풍토성-전통성-상징성의 순서로 중요하게 생각하는 가치구조를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 2차 계층구조 항목에서 상징성의 하위 항목 중요도는 자연형태고려-도시형태고려-사회형태고려-인문형태고려의 순서로 나타났고, 장소성의 하위항목은 가치맥락고려-도시맥락고려-자연맥락고려-도시이미지고려-기념비성고려의 순서로, 풍토성의 하위 항목은 지역색채-지역재료-지역기후의 순서로, 전통성의 하위 항목은 전통공간응용-전통건축요소응용-전통인문요소응용의 순서로, 지역사회의 하위 항목은 공동체고려-주민참여고려-지역산업고려의 순서로 나타났다. (결론) 이렇게 지역성 표현 요소에 대한 건축디자인 전문가들의 가치구조를 구조화하고, 각 항목의 중요도와 우선순위를 분석함으로서 지역성과 관련된 평가기준의 설정이나 설계단계에서 응용할 수 있는 기초자료를 만들 수 있었다. |

(Background and Purpose) Unlike the architecture of modern regionalism, which has emerged to overcome the problems of modernism, it is difficult to draw consensus on the specificity of regionality in the field of the modern city, architecture, and public design. Nonetheless, it is becoming an important topic in urban architecture. Despite this interest, however, there are not much objective data and evaluation criteria to which design experts can refer when trying to design something that reflects regionality. Therefore, this study aims to structuralize the various thoughts of local experts through the AHP technique, analyze the difference of importance between priorities and items, and conduct a basic analysis to identify objective criteria. (Method) First, by analyzing the extant scholarship, AHP research in the field of urban architecture and that related to the regionality were collected, and regionality expression elements to be surveyed were extracted and classified into two hierarchical structures. Next, the AHP questionnaire was applied to the top five items related to regional design experts and the 18 sub-items related to them. The contents of the questionnaires was then collected and analyzed through statistical analysis and AHP analysis programs. The priority values and importance values (weight value) between each item were obtained as a result. (Results) The results of the comprehensive analysis of the regionality related elements of the extant studies were applied to the hierarchy structure of the AHP survey in order to analyze the value structure of the experts. The results of the survey were analyzed using the AHP program, and the relative importance values (weights) of the five primary and the 18 secondary hierarchy structures in each hierarchical structure were quantified, and priorities were obtained. The results of the AHP analysis of the primary hierarchy items showed that the experts have a value structure that is important in order of: placeness, community, endemism, traditionality, and symbolism. In the secondary hierarchy structure item, the significance of the subordinate items of symbolism was considered in relation to: natural form, abstract-urban form, abstract-social form, abstract-human form, and abstract. The importance of subordinate items of placeness was considered in relation to: value context-consider, urban context-consider, natural context-consider, city image-insider, and monumentality. The importance of subordinate items of endemism was considered in relation to: local colors-consider, local material-consider, local climate. The order of subordinate items of traditionality and the importance of traditional space was considered in relation to application, including the application of traditional architectural elements; while the application of traditional human elements appeared in the order of subcategories of community, consideration of community, consideration of community participation, consideration of local industry. (Conclusions) In analyzing the importance and priority of the expert's value structure for regionality expression factors, the results can be used for constructing evaluation criteria related to regionality, its application at the design stage, as well as in regional study in other fields. |
