The evaluation of the energy performance of the building should be based on the premise of ensuring the comfort of the indoor environment. Especially, in the case of the school, the space where the students are concentrated and spent a long time, the indoor comfort of the school building has an important influence on the students' learning ability and health. The purpose of this study is to examine the institutional direction for improving indoor environment comfort while reducing energy consumption of school building by comparing and analyzing domestic and foreign green buildings certification system for school buildings. As a result of the analysis, LEED and BREEM recognize the importance of indoor environment, and detailed criteria and evaluation method are specified. However, G-SEED seems to be somewhat lacking in detailed criteria for indoor environment. Therefore, it is necessary to present a clear performance standard, and to improve the method of evaluating the achievement of the performance standard and the method of achieving the performance standard to a more specific system. |
