The new government aggressively emphasized social integration. Accordingly, the government has significantly increased the supply of public housing. Therefore, it is necessary to look at the public housing in the early stages of the architectural planning. The purpose of this thesis is to identify the social integration factors through the construction of a Hamyang Test-bed. The method of research is qualitative analysis. The architectural characteristics of the Hamyang Test-bed are the possibility of expanding residential space, universal design community space, universal design space, and residential space. The result of this paper is the architectural planning of which is particularly thoughtful for social integration. |
