대학가에서 거주하고 있는 1인 가구를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 생활환경 만족도와 주택 선택시 중요도, 그리고 범죄에 대한 인식(범죄피해경험 포함) 등을 종합적으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 대학생 대부분은 부모님의 지원으로 10평 미만의 다세대다가구 주택에서 월세로 거주하고 있는데, 비용(월세, 관리비)과 공간면적 및 개수, 채광 및 환기, 소음과 사생활 침해 등이 주거 만족도를 저하시키는 원인이며 중요한 주택 선택요인이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 1인 가구로서 생활하는 것에 대한 만족도는 높지만 이웃관계가 단절되고 있으며, 미흡한 방범시설, 공가율이 높고 늦게 귀가하는 행태적 특성으로 인해서 인식적 차원의 범죄불안감도 높아지는 것이 확인되었다. 대학교 주변지역에서 발생하는 주요 범죄는 취객소란과 같은 일탈행위와 절도이며, 성범죄를 비롯한 강력범죄 발생빈도는 적지만 여성의 경우 인식적 차원의 불안감은 높게 나타났다. CPTED 적용원리에 입각해서 대학가 1인 가구에 필요한 범죄예방 대책은 개별주택의 자연감시를 강화시킬 수 있는 창호계획, 접근통제를 위한 출입구와 입면의 방범시설 적용, 용도지역 또는 시설사이의 영역성 강화, 이웃관계 증진 및 불안감 저감을 위한 건물 내부 공동생활공간 도입(공간 활용성 증진) 등으로 요약할 수 있다. |

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors of residential satisfaction and characteristics of single-person households on university town in local small-sized city by an analysis of crime data and questionnaire survey. The results of this study are as follows. First, the main type of single-person household was detached or multi-family housing composed of one room less than 33㎡. Second, the residents' satisfaction as single-person household was related to space area and number, lighting and ventilation, soundproofing and privacy protection and fear of crime was caused by insufficient facilities for crime prevention, lack of neighborhood relationship, and behavior characteristics such as ratio of unoccupied housing and late time in returning home. Third, the main types of experienced crime victimization were drunken man's noise and burglary and sexual offence and violence had an effect on the women's fear of crime. In conclusion it was thought that the crime prevention measures were the windows and doors design for natural surveillance, the entrance and elevation design for access control, the zoning between residential and commercial area for territoriality reenforcement, and common space planning for activity support. |
