The study aims to suggest ways to promote the Innovation city by deriving residential satisfaction factors of the residents, dwelling because of moving public institution in the Innovation city. As a way of this analysis, multiple regression was used by assuming that there's a connection between "residential satisfaction and its impact factors. The summary of the result is as follows. It was shown that satisfaction of educational environmental and facility factors, management factors, economic factors and community factors had a significant positive effect on overall residential satisfaction and the education factors have a biggest impact on overall residential satisfaction and second factors were community ones and the third ones were facility and economic factors and the management factors were shown to be the lowest influence. However, the satisfaction about neighboring city, which is a specific feature of the Innovation city, is not considered as a significant factor that affects an overall residential satisfaction. Consequently, it is necessary to establish the community, which consists of various local institutions and stakeholders such as local university, public institution, local government and corporations etc, for an activation of the Innovation city. |
