¿ä¾à2 The energy required for HVAC system accounts for 50 to 60% of the total energy of the building. As one of energy conservation measures of buildings, fault detection and diagnosis applied to BEMS is emerging. For efficient operation of BEMS, FDD module is installed. To develop the FDD algorithm, which is the core of the system, it is necessary to analyze and characterize the response state of the HVAC system according to the fault occurrence. The purpose of this study is to understand the quantitative performance change of HVAC due to faults and to develop FDD algorithm using it.
