고령화와 도시화의 영향으로 도시형 실버타운의 개발이 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 도시형 실버타운의 노인 거주자들은 사회활동과 친교활동이 점차 감소하는 연령대이므로 도시형 실버타운의 공용공간은 노인들의 건강과 일상생활을 지원하고 사회성향상을 돕도록 계획되어야 한다. 본 연구의 조사결과를 토대로 결론을 내리면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 도시형 실버타운 공용공간의 공간배치 특성을 평면배치와 입면배치로 나누어 살펴본 결과 평면배치는 다양하였으나 입면배치의 경우는 집중형과 연계형이 가장 많았다. 둘째, 공용공간은 편의, 친화, 교육, 운동, 의료공간으로 분류할 수 있으며 각 실은 비교적 높은 수준으로 설치되어 있었으나 옥외공간의 활용은 낮은 편이었다. 셋째, 공용공간 각 실의 공간특성은 각 실의 성격에 적합한 공간분위기가 연출되고 있었으나 가구 및 시설물은 노인의 신체적 특성을 배려하여 보다 안전하게 계획되어야 한다. |

There has recently been a increasingly faster development of city-like silver towns as a result of aging and urbanization. Since the elderly residents of city-like silver towns are at an age range in which they experience decrease in social activities, there is a need for public spaces to support their health and everyday lives. The results of this study are as follows. First, upon examination of the 2D spacial arrangement and 3D spatial arrangement, while the 2D arrangement showed a wide range of variations, the 3D spatial arrangement was comprised mainly of the focused type and the connected type. Secondly, public spaces are categorized into spaces for convenience, socializing, education, exercise and medical support, and there was a low level of usage of outdoor space. Thirdly, while the interior of these spaces were suitable for the purpose of the spaces, there needs to be a higher level of consideration for the physical characteristics of the elderly in order to better ensure their safety. |
