현대 우리 사회는 경제적 고도성장과 문화적 다양화로 주거 공간은 보다 다양한 영향 요인과 사회적 상황에 상호 밀접하게 유기적으로 연결되어 있다. 가족 중심의 단란한 생활방식을 지향하는 현대 생활에 있어 거실은 가족 모두를 위한 일상의 장소로 사용되며 가족 구성원의 전반적인 생활 패턴의 중심이 거실에서 이루어짐으로써, 주거공간에 있어 거실은 가장 중요한 부분으로 인식되고 있다. 이에 거실 공간 유형을 ① 응접실 겸용 거실, ② 서재 겸용 거실, ③ 부엌 식당 겸용 거실, ④ 취미 생활 겸용 거실, ⑤ 아동놀이 겸용 거실, ⑥ 홈바 겸용 거실 등으로 분류 한다. 본 연구는 최근 설립된 모델하우스에서 거실 공간의 기능을 어떻게 부여하여 코디네이트 연출함에 따라서 거실 공간이 변화하는 모습을 볼 수 있는 연구이다. 거실공간의 유형에 따라 연출된 다양한 코디네이트 연출 사례를 통하여 여러 유형의 다목적 공간으로 활용되는 것을 볼 수 있다. 향후 거실 공간 유형에 따른 코디네이트 연출 계획에 새로운 방법론적 접근에 참고 자료로 활용되기를 기대해본다. |

As high growth of economical and multi-cultural development in Modern society of Korea is systematically connected with various influences and circumstance in dwelling house. In modern life, Living room is not only using daily space for whole family but also providing the center of the general life pattern in Family member. It is accepted the most important part, Living room, as dwelling house. Consequently, it is classified type of living room by ① living room with reception ② living room with library ③ living room with both kitchen and dinning room ④ living room with the dilettante life ⑤ living room with juvenile play ⑥ living with home bar etc. This study is known how to grant function of livingroom space and direct the coordinate that it will be changed the forms in recently built model house. It is recognized that directing diverse cases of the coordinate is applied multipurpose space of various types due to the types of livingroom space. Absolutely I expect that it apply to reference materials for approach new methodical coordination about Living room in next dwelling House. |
