풍수(風水)는 자연과 인간의 생활공간에서 어울리는 이치를 연구하여 삶을 개선하는 학문이다. 이러한 학문이론을 통하여 이것이 공동주택 공간에 적용 될 수 있는 이론적 근거를 마련하여 기(氣)의 흐름이 인간에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 문헌연구를 통해 그 가능성을 알아보고자 하였다. 따라서 서론은 주거공간에 풍수이론 적용의 필요성을 기술하엿으며, 본론에서는 품수의 개념과 기본이론을 바탕으로 공간에 적용될 수 있는 가능성을 모색하고, 풍수적 접근을 통하여 인간과 공간이 어떤 상호작용과 영향이 있는지를 밝혔으며, 마지막으로 공동주택 실사례를 조사함으로써 현대의 주거환경과 생활 패턴에 어떠한 원리로 적용될 수 있는지를 분석하였다. 본연구는 이러한 이론이 자연환경과 건강에 관심이 고조되는 현대인에게 환경친화적인 공동주택 공간 형성에 기여하고, 향후 공동주택 공간디자인의 새로운 방향을 제시하고자 한다. |

Geomancy(Feng-shui) is the study for improving life by researching the harmonious rason in the space of nature and human's life. The purpose of this study is to establish the theoretical ground that can be applied to the space of public housing through the geomancy and study the effect of energy flow on human through literature study. In the study, introduction describes the necessity to apply geomancy to residential space and main body searches for the possibility to apply it to space on the basis of concept and basic theory of geomancy and shows the correlation between nature and human and its effect through geomantic approach. In conclusion, the study analyzes what principle can be applied to modern residential environment and lifestyle by researching actual example of public housing. It is expected that the theory will contribute to the creation of eco-friendly public housing space for modern people, who have higher interests in natural environment and health, and it will suggest a new design direction for public housing space in the future. |
