¿ä¾à2 Construction companies' overseas earnings have been steadily declining. The construction industry is experiencing a difficult period due to restructuring. The government is suggesting various measures to overcome this situation through innovation of the construction system. A typical example of government policies is the introduction of the CM at Risk in Publick Construction Work. Therefore, The purpose of this study is to analyze the various barriers of the CM at Risk pilot project Using the Interpretive Structural Modeling Method, which is a hierarchical analysis technique. The analysis suggests ways and implications for the successful introduction of CM at Risk in Korea.
