본 연구에서는 이중외피 시스템의 내측 창면적비 변화, 중공층의 간격, 외측 외피의 차양장치 설치에 따른 연간 에너지 부하량을 시뮬레이션하고, 이중외피 시스템 설치에 따른 에너지 부하량 저감량을 비교·검토 후 전면형 이중외피 시스템이 설치 된 커튼월 건물의 최적 설계 방안을 제시하고자 하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 창면적비가 40%일 때, 남향에서는 이중외피 시스템 없이 외부에 차양장치를 설치하는 것이 에너지 부하량 저감에 효과적이며, 남-45。-동향, 동향에서는 중공층 간격이 300mm, 서향에서는 중공층 간격이 600mm이면서 외부에 차양장치를 설치하는 것이 에너지 부하량 저감에 최대 10% 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창면적비가 70%일 때, 모든 시뮬레이션 방위에서 이중외피 시스템 없이 외부에 차양장치를 설치하는 것이 이중외피 시스템을 설치하는 것 보다 에너지 부하량 저감에 효과적인 것으로 나타났고, 최대 약 17%인 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 창면적비가 100%일 때 역시 모든 시뮬레이션 방위에서 이중외피 시스템 없이 외부에 차양장치를 설치하는 것이 이중외피 시스템을 설치하는 것 보다 에너지 부하량 저감에 최대 25% 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. |

Because of the thermal energy loss in the curtain wall buildings, the purpose of this research is to get a better plan which can reduce more heating and cooling energy. In order to achieve this goal, the study executed building energy simulation to evaluation factors that forms the double skin facade and the curtain wall building. The factors that is considered in this study are the air gap distance of the double skin facade, the window area ratio of the inner envelope, the direction of the building and the shading device condition. The results of this study are based on weather data of Busan in Design Builder. |
