본 연구는 신한옥형 사회복지시설의 유형분류 기준을 설정하기 위한 기초자료를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 선행연구와 관련법 검토를 통해 신한옥형 사회복지시설의 개념을 설정하고, 시설분류 기준을 제시하였다. 사회복지시설의 다양화로 인한 관리체계와 법제도가 혼재되어 있다. 그러므로 신한옥형 사회복지시설의 구축 시 문제가 발생할 가능성이 있다. 이러한 문제를 방지하기 위하여 먼저 사회복지시설의 용도별 분류기준을 '지역형', '단지형', '주택형'으로 제안하였다. 향후 본 연구에서 제안한 유형분류 기준을 토대로 신한옥형 사회복지시설의 유형별 모델과 이를 연계한 실증을 지속적으로 추진하고자 한다. |

The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for establishing the classification criteria for the social welfare facilities of New-Hanok Style. Currently the management system and legal system are mixed resulting from the diversification of social welfare facilities. Therefore, it is possible that problems may arise when constructing a New-Hanok Style social welfare facility. In order to prevent such problems, the classification criteria of social welfare facilities are proposed as 'Regional type', 'Complex type' and 'Residential type'. Based on the classification criteria proposed in this study, we will continue to develop the models of the New-Hanok Style social welfare facilities. |
