우리나라는 2013년 2월부터 기존 녹색성장기본법, 건축법, 주택법, 에너지이용합리화법 등으로 각기 진행되었던 규정들을 녹색건축 법체계로 통합하여 시행이 되어지고 있으며, 친환경건축물인증제도는 녹색건축물인증제도(G-SEED, Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design)이라는 이름으로 변경하여 정부의 친환경관련 정책에 부응을 하고 있는 실정이다. 2016년 9월을 기준으로 하여 주거와 비주거로 나누어서 제도가 바뀌게 되었다. 바뀐 녹색건축인증 기준은 기존의 인증에 비하여 항목간의 통폐합이 이루어져 있으며, 또한 새로운 분야도 신설이 되어 인증을 받도록 구성이 되어져 있다. 따라서 이에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 2016년 9월의 변경되기 전의 녹색건축인증 기준과 변경 후의 녹색건축인증의 기준을 비교하여 특성을 분석하고 이에 따른 적용사례연구를 통하여 차이점 등을 분석하여 바뀐 인증에 대한 대응 방안과 특성에 대하여 연구를 하고자 한다. |

The urban aging appearances have been remodeled actually while the term of regeneration in urban sector has been used most frequently and most actively. In this point of view, it can be commented variously regenerated buildings have been the most and directly affected by urban business named as regeneration such as 'redevelopment', 'reconstruction' and 'remodeling' in accordance with the aging of urban architecture. The new buildings are normally equipped with the space configuration and space program which are suitable to its intended purpose. But already built architectures have many restrictions for reuse or remodeling of buildings. Therefore we intend to research the purpose and possibility of newly usable architectures based on the physical properties of existing building through this study. |
