The importance of building mechanical system has been increasing day by day since it is the core of building construction which maintains pleasant residential environment and has significant influences on the productivity of industrial products. However, defect occurrences including flaws in construction and product have caused buildings not to be functioned properly. Thus, reliability of construction quality has been decreasing along with economic loss. In addition, defect occurrences become the main causes of conflicts due to its close relation to the resident of the building. Nevertheless, current state of defect occurrences has not been improved and it has been on the rise as a major problem in the field of building mechanical system. Therefore, this study classified examples of defect occurrences according to its work types and suggested solutions of problems in the construction process. |
