Beyond the information age, the transition from the fourth industrial era to the exchange of various information, the amount of knowledge also increased, the values and lifestyles of modern people changed. In particular, the concept of value in labor has changed to the concept of spiritual labor where technology and knowledge are emphasized in the concept of physical labor. The expansion of these concepts of labor also affected the way of labor and the work environment. And the business form is diversified, and the culture of the community in the office accompanying it is highlighted. In this research, based on the characteristics of creative workplace environment and the spatial characteristics of community space, we looked at how it is displayed in modern office space. First, a space where mixed personalities were mixed with the background of the era that emphasizes communication and the needs of workers appeared. Second, by using a finish of transparent material and finish of the same material, the space obscured the boundary. Thirdly, by placing community spaces with similar characteristics around the office space, it will induce natural contact between the members. Fourth, arrange fluidly on the variable furniture and the removable wall, and create various forms of atmosphere. |
