요약2 The alkali?slag?red mud (ASRC) cement belongs to clinker free cementitious material, which is made from alkali activator, blast-furnace slag (BFS) and red mud in designed proportion. This study is to investigate durability such as accelerated carbonation test, chloride ion penetration test and freezing and thawing resistance of alkali-activated slag-red mud cement according to the red mud content. The results showed that the durability such as accelerated carbonation resistance, chloride ion penetration resistance and freezing and thawing resistance of alkali-activated slag cement decreased as the red mud content increased. but the chloride ion penetration resistance of alkali-activated slag cement was increased compared with that of ordinary portland cement, regardless of the red mud content. In terms of the effects of pore structure, generally, a larger mean pore radius and/or higher total porosity will cause durability decreased. Comparing alkali-activated slag cement and ordinary portland cement, the addition of red mud increase the pore size less than 100nm and the pore size distribution seems very similar. The overall porosity becomes important factor in affecting the durability, as can be seen in the foamed samples.
