Public rental housing is becoming a representative housing form in Korea. The urban concentration of population is progressing during rapid urbanization. The supply of public rental housing was revved up to resolve a shortage of housing. But the result of focus on the quantitative supply of public rental housing makes the service for residents' quality of life people want unfulfilled. This is the actual circumstances. The needs of qualitative residential environment of public rental housing are various. The community facility that residents can use in common is a very important element of residential environment. The good living environment should be maintained by investigating the community facility and the actual state of space practical use to promote the residents' quality of life and their housing welfare. The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of the planning of community facility in public rental housing with analyzing residents' space occupancy of community facility in public rental housing. |
