Cultural facilities, the city has gone through continuous change of the cultural and social conditions of the times it has. The role of cultural institutions to form a community among the people has become important. Such as arrival of the declining birthrate, aging society and 5days a week work, while significantly increasing the demand for cultural facilities, the need for cultural facilities is further increased. Film is a cultural activities that can contact the simplest around among the various cultural activities. But today's cinima is, rater than cultural facilities have been commercially alteration in the vicinity of the consumption facility of movie. Newly proposed consumption space for the current movie, trying to plan to be able to have a role that can form a community inside the city. |
