¿ä¾à2 Currently, South Korea residential penetration rate is over 100%. However, most of the houses have not been able reflects the structure performance and the needs of the residents of the building. For this reason, reconstruction and remodeling has increased to reflect the structural performance and the social needs of the apartment building. Long-Life Housing has a more durability of the general apartment housing. And it has flexibility to reflect the needs of the residents. And it has the repair convenience for building maintenance. Therefore, interest in the Long-Life Housing has increased. And the continuous research of Long-Life Housing has been promoted. However, existing studies of the Long-Life Housing, research is underway to focus on Long-Life Housing Certification system and infill technology. Therefore, previous studies have not been able understand the problems that occur in the construction process of the Long-Life Housing. The purpose of this study is to propose a scheduling method of Long-Life Housing. Therefore, we analyzed the scheduling characteristics of Long-Life Housing. And identify a activities of Long-Life Housing., and create precedence relationship of activities.
