Construction Cost Estimating performed during the design phase of the project, will be an indicator for the role of purchaser, including construction feasibility and profitability of the business judgment decision on the implementation of the project. Based on estimates of how existing 2D drawings can estimate characters, depending on the result of specific knowledge about the different cost estimates, due to changes in the design process of reworking the drawings is an error or a problem of the missing information. The quantity take-off utilizing the BIM and cost estimating method as an alternative to this are emerging. BIM is the quantity take-off by items that are not built into the BIM information is missing from the disadvantage that there is a calculation target. In this study, we defined the journal entries based on estimates derived item's knowledge and items to calculate the volume through the BIM information. This complements the drawbacks of the existing BIM estimation process, and is expected to be a basic ways to perform cost estimate more effective. |
