A building is planned based on needs, which is the prime reason separating the inner environment and the outer environment. Based on this reason, the concern of need always exceeds the issue of spacial expression. By this reason, this study explores the surface of Herzog & de Meuron's Architecture, expanding the discussion to the integration of meaning to its surface. Furthermore, the study seeks the additional possibilities of the 'Integrated' surface. |
