This study is about a planning standard of rural rental housing in order for housing stability of urban to rural returners .The study analyzed the number of people living in the house function and area as a standard when planning new construction of Rural rental housing. First, a number of households for urban to rural returners is composed of 2 people as a couple, or 3～4 people as to 1～2 children and couple. Second, it was analyzed room configuration and area of rural housing standard design. Room configuration of the housing consists of a dwelling space and service space. Dwelling space in the housing accounts for ratio of 65～ 75%, the service space occupies 25 to 35%. Third, Area of rural rental house is calculated on a scale from 40～83㎡. |
