This study aims to establish the proper illuminance and the Correlated Color Temperature(CCT) levels of Light-Emitting Diode (LED) lighting after analyzing the preference of the current illuminance and the CCT levels in workspace with LED lighting conditions as the lighting has been increasingly encouraged. It would be the fundamental data to design and to reply the changes of the workplace with LED lighting. To do that, data were collected and examined from the literature review based on experiments with preferences, satisfaction and task performances under various illuminance and the CCT levels in workspace. The findings show that more than 500lux and more than 6000K are the proper illuminance and the CCT levels respectively to bring better preference and performance for the workplanes of the workplaces under LED lighting. |
