In this study, to analyze construction cost required per durability level which is proposed in certification standards of long-life housing, calculation criteria of construction cost about the evaluation items of durability ? cover and strength of concrete, slump, unit content of binder, water-binder ratio, air content, chloride ion content - are suggested respectively. Targeting Rhamen structure (hereafter, system 1) and flat plate structure (hereafter, system 2), analysis of construction cost needed of each level per durability evaluation item was implemented. Based on the analysis result of each assessment item, at the result of calculating the required construction cost per class of the whole durability, in raising the fourth class of durability up to the third to the first class, construction cost needed in system 1 increased about 600¡1, 950 won/m2, construction cost required in system 2 increased or decreased about 150¡300 won/m2. So, it was represented that influence of required construction cost according to the upgrade was less than system 1. Also, from the result of optimizing standard value of durability per level, it was shown that construction cost needed in system 1 and 2 decreased about 1, 750 won/m2 and 1, 050 won/m2 respectively at level 4 and approximately 450¡650 won/m2 at level 2 to 3. |
