실내환경요소에는 대표적으로 실내공기질, 온·습도, 소리, 빛 등이 존재하며, 이러한 영향요소와 더불어 질병, 상해 등 재실자의 신체적 건강에 미치는 영향뿐만 아니라 쾌적감(comfort)에 대한 영향도 고려할 필요가 있다. 현재까지 실내환경의 쾌적여부에 관하여 재실자의 지각차를 통해 특정한 실내요소(실내공기환경, 열 환경 등)에 대해 평가하는 기준과 모델이 연구되었다. 그러나 평가에 참여하는 재실자들 간의 개인차와 평가요소 간의 중요성 및 통합평가를 위한 고려 순위에 차이가 존재하므로 가중치의 부여를 통한 실내환경요소 간의 중요도를 정량적으로 분석하고 종합적으로 평가하는 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 재실자의 知覺差에 따른 실내환경을 정량적으로 분석하고 종합적으로 평가하는 모델을 개발하기 위한 기초연구를 목적으로 한다. 향후 知覺差에 따른 실내환경의 평가모델을 개발연구의 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 사료된다. |

Indoor environmental factors mainly include environmental quality, temperature/humidity, sound and light, and they should take into consideration of these influence factors as well as both the effects on physical conditions of occupants, like diseases and injuries and the effects on comfort. There were previous studies on criteria and models to evaluate certain indoor environmental factors (indoor air quality, thermal environment and etc) through the differences in occupants' perception of indoor environment when it comes to comfort. However, there were perception differences among occupants participating in the evaluation, and ranking by importance of evaluation factors and for integrated evaluation varied. Thus, it is necessary to conduct studies for quantitative analyses on the importance of indoor environmental factors by assigning weight and for overall evaluation. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to perform a fundamental study for development of models to quantitatively analyze and comprehensively assess indoor environment based on the occupants' perception difference. It is believed that the indoor environment evaluation model based on occupants' perception will be the basic data of development studies. |
