Because of the annual continuous operation, a large amount of energy is consumed to maintain a clean environment in the high-tech electronic device manufacturing clean room. In particular the energy consumption to humidify the outdoor air in winter time is enormous. Therefore, the evaluation and comparison of the annual energy consumption of steam humidification system, and indoor water spray type system has a significant meaning for reducing energy consumption in the high-tech electronic device manufacturing clean room. So I performed comparison experiment twin clean rooms using steam humidification system, indoor water spray type system and analyzed for Psychrometric chart and Energy consumption. |
