Liao-Ning Province, Ji-Lin Province and Hei-Long-Jiang Province are Three Northeast Provinces of China. The area is similar to korean peninsula in historical, geological and climate environmental aspects. Therefore, the research aims at analyzing apartments unit plan compositions of Three Northeast Provinces of China to look into the housing cultural exchanges between Korea and China. This study investigated and analysed of population composition and residential surroundings of Liao-Ning Province, Ji-Lin Province and Hei-Long-Jiang Province via real estate website in China, selected 10 apartments from a total of 168 plans randomly from 2011 to 2015. The Three Northeastern Provinces are discussed based on the analysis of L?D?K standard flat surface which the places exported by 168 planes. |
