Since the domestic construction industry is lacking of growth engine, it is necessary to expand facility-management business, and to stabilize EPC construction business in oversea. This study integrates the EPC value-chain and the life-cycle of facility-management in order to propose the direction of advanced global EPC business model with 3 steps improvement. It will create a virtuous circle to improve the competitiveness of price and engineering efficiency in oversea construction business, and it will be help to provide a driving force to expand facility-management business. |
