BIM ; Çù¾÷ ; ¼º´É ±â¹Ý ; Çù¾÷ ȯ°æ ; Building Information Modeling ; Collaboration ; Performance based ; Collaboration Environment Recently ; as the expansion of BIM-based projects ; there are several researches and attempts that convert an existing 2D based collaboration environment to BIM based it. However ; as the most of these researches and attempts have focused on saving ; updating ; managing ; and sharing of BIM model files ; don't provide the environment that effectively and efficiently manage the reasons and history of BIM model's changes during the BIM based design process. Therefore ; this study proposes a collaboration environment based performance(space ; cost ; energy performance ; ect.) of BIM models. The proposed this may offer a more effective BIM based design collaboration and management environment through performance visualization of the BIM model ; monitoring the status of each step and the comparison among each model. |
