The proposed this may offer a more effective BIM based design collaboration and management environment through performance visualization of the BIM model ; monitoring the status of each step and the comparison among each model. |

최근 BIM 기반 프로젝트의 확대에 따라, 기존 2D 기반의 협업 환경을 BIM 기반으로 전환하고자 하는 여러 가지 시도들 이 진행되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 기존 시도들의 대부분은 BIM 모델 파일을 저장, 업데이트, 관리, 공유하는 것에 초점을 맞추고 있을 뿐, BIM 설계 과정에서 무수히 발생되는 BIM 모델 정보의 변경과 이력에 대한 이유 등을 효과적으로 추적관리하는 환경을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 BIM 모델 서버와 연동하여, BIM 설계 과정에서 생성되는 각 시점별 BIM 모델의 성능(소요 공간, 비용, 에너지 성능 등)을 가시화하여, 각 단계별 BIM 모델의 상태 확인 및 각 모델간 비교를 통해 보다 효과적인 BIM 기반 협업 및 설계관리가 가능한 환경을 제안하고자 한다. |
