À̿Ͱ°Àº ÁÖ¹Î, °ÇÃà°¡, °Ç¼³»çÀÇ Çù¾÷À¸·Î ÀÇ»ç°áÁ¤À» ÇÏ´Â Ä¿¹Â´ÏƼ°¡ °­È­µÇ°í °ÅÁÖÀÚÀÇ ÁÖ°Å¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ¸¸Á·µµµµ ³ô¾ÆÁú °ÍÀÌ´Ù.
¿ä¾à2 Within the field of sustainable multi-family residential, collaborative actions are imperative for implementation of environment improvement. In an attempt to increase the resident satisfaction, a housing renovation project aimed at pretty well reflecting everyone with the rational investment. More than 50% of the total apartment buildings in 1st new town(Bundang, Gunpo, Ilsan, Pyeongchon, Bucheon) are just a period of 20 years, which have provided since 1989. There were some actions for renovating the outdated parts instead of renovation of structure. The key items for improvement projects were decided by the mending or the standard renewal application. In addition, other maintenance works were implemented depending on the maintenance cycle regardless of the residents need or use. For these improvement projects, residents' consensus should determine the architecture design and the use of budget. The aim of this paper is to propose the design method for the housing renovation incorporating the resident's opinion. Firstly, the survey questioned the satisfaction of residential environment and the resident needs for renovation of each unit. Moreover residents' requirement were investigated for setting up the design for apartment building renovation. This survey was targeted at residents in outdated apartment buildings. SPSS was used for analyzing the result. Secondly, these results applied to the choice of the remodeling elements and methods. Finally, when the project will be implemented, this research finds out which items will come in useful to occupants in the future and what kind of process to renovate them. By following these collaborative project promotion methods, this paper contributes to build strong communities for making decisions and make residents feel satisfaction in residential environment.
