오늘날 도시와 농촌의 생활상은 점점 닮아가고 있다. 농촌의 거주민들 또한 1차 산업에만 의존하지 않게 되었고, 이에 따른 생활상들도 다양해지고 있다. 2010년 이후 보급된 농촌주택 표준설계도는 효율성과 경제성을 바탕으로 2010년에는 ‘농어촌 저에너지친환경주택’, 2012년에는 ‘농어촌생활형주택’, 2014년에는 ‘농촌형 적정주택’을 목표로 개발되었다. 본 연구는 2009년까지 보급되어온 표준설계도와 비교하여 2010년 이후 표준설계도가 가지는 특징과 변화들을 살펴봄으로써 앞으로 표준설계도가 농어촌주택에서의 적용성과 보급 확대 가능한 표준주택으로 완성될 수 있도록 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적을 둔다. 2010년 이후 표준설계도의 계획특성은 다음과 같다. 1. 주택의 성능, 주택의 규모, 사용자 분류를 반영하여 유형들을 분류하고 있다. 2. 2009년 이전에 비해 건축의 규모는 축소되고 공간의 효율성을 강화하였다. 3. 주택의 외관은 효율성과 경제성을 우선시하여 생략되고 간결해졌다.. 4. 지붕은 단순한 박공 형태가 가장 많이 사용되었다. 5. 평면 형태는 효율성과 경제성이 우수한 겹집형이 대다수를 차지한다. 2010년 이후의 표준설계도는 실제 농촌의 생활환경과 수요를 정확하게 반영하여 고효율의 경제적인 주택을 공급하는데 큰 비중을 두었다. 하지만 선택의 폭이 좁은 건축규모와 유사한 주택 외관에 대해서는 좀 더 깊이 있는 연구와 분석이 필요하다. 앞으로 농촌주택 표준설계도는 농촌다움을 잃지 않으며 더욱 다양한 농어촌의 생활환경을 반영하여 개발되어야 할 것이다. |

Today, the lifestyle of the urban and rural areas is gradually beginning to resemble. Residents in the rural areas are not depended on primary industry, and it makes lifestyle to diversify. Standard rural house designs since 2010 are based on the efficiency and economy. And 2010’s goal was ‘rural low energy and green house’, 2012’s goal was ‘rural life style house’, and 2014’s goal was ‘Rural Appropriate House’. The purpose of this study is to compare the characteristics and change of standard rural house design before and after 2010, and provide basic materials for applicability and popularizing. The design characteristics of standard plan since 2010 can be summarized as follows; 1. Type of house was classified by housing performance, housing size and user, 2. Housing size was reduced and space efficiency was expanded by 2009 than ever before, 3. Exterior form of housing was simplified because of efficiency and economy, 4. Simple gable roof was the most used type. 5. The most used plan type was Kyup-Jip. Standard plan since 2010 was placed a great importance on supply of efficient and economic housing considered actual rural living environment and demand. But more research and analysis about fewer housing size and similar exterior is needed. In future standard rural house design should be developed to consider various rural living environment and rural identity. |
