요약2	Because of early diagnosis, medical checkup and hygienic environment by advances in medical technology, human life expectancy of world is gradually increased. So, aging society is going along and patients with senile disease are increasing, but medical and nursing facilities are insufficient. Since most of patients with senile disease are chronic patients, they need long-term medical care and recuperation. Also, Most of geriatric hospital composed collective care cannot satisfy individual feature, preference and need. Other countries are planning geriatric hospital composed unit-care with personality. Therefore, a study on the planning of urban geriatric hospital with unit-care is necessary.
