이 연구는 공동주택단지 거주민의 CPTED구성요소 인식이 범죄피해두려움에 미치는 영향을 경험적으로 검증하기 위해 진행 되었다. 서울시 재정비촉진사업 지침과 2011년에 발표된 공동주택 입면디자인에 CPTED기법을 적용하기 위한 체크리스트 CPTED학회인증기준을 중심으로 설문지를 구성하여 수도권의 500세대 이상 공동주택단지 거주민을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였다. 연구결과 CPTED기법이 일반적 범죄피해두려움 감소에 가장 기여할 수 있으며 성범죄, 절도범죄 순으로 효과적임을 확인하였다. 구체적으로 현재 CPTED평가에 기초한 어린이놀이터에 대한 CPTED의 인식은 모든 유형의 범죄피해두려움을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 주출입구의 경우 현재 CPTED평가에 기초한 인식이 범죄피해두려움을 야기하는 것으로 나타나 현재 CPTED 평가기준의 확인이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 지하주차장과 근린생활시설의 경우 현재의 CPTED평가 기준 요인이 거주자의 범죄피해두려움에 어떠한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으므로 이에 대한 확인과 수정 또한 필요 할 것이다. |

The purpose of this study is to empirically verify the effects of apartment complex residents' recognition of CPTED components on their fear of crime victimization. The researcher prepared the questionnaire based on the Guideline for Seoul Remaintenance Promotion Project and Checklist CPTED Society's Certification Standards announced in 2011 to apply CPTED to apartment house facade design, and a survey was conducted to the apartment complex residents of over 500 households living in capital area. According to the findings, CPTED can contribute to the general reduction of fear for crime victimization the most, and it has been found to be effective for sex crime and theft in order. Concretely, recognition of CPTED on children's playground based on the current CPTED evaluation has been found to reduce all types of fear for crime victimization. About the main entrance, however, recognition based on the current CPTED evaluation results in fear of crime victimization, so it is needed to check the current CPTED evaluation standards. About underground parking lots and neighborhood living facilities, the current CPTED evaluation standards do not influence residents' fear of crime victimization at all; therefore, it is necessary to examine and modify such afterwards. |
