¿ä¾à2 Currently there are controversial issues about university student dormitories in terms of location, environment, operation and rental cost corresponding to social agenda that covers government policies providing private schools with collaborative regional education facilities including the dormitory with low profile finances on the public properties such as the parking lots, the brown fields, the parks, and the national universities. Most universities have had their own dormitories within the boundaries of the campuses so that only registered students can have opportunity of the room and board during several terms of limited options. Not only utilizing university campuses in the community but also accommodating migrant students in affordable services, it is basic consideration to conduct a research how to systemize dwelling clusters as collective facilities with the private and public initiative of Build-Transfer-Operate(BTO). As findings from the case studies with geographical diagrams and comparative tables; containing government statistics of yearly reports relating to the campus accommodations, long terms financial plans of private consortiums such as BTO can develop the regional clusters of the dormitory figuring out remote commuting as well as dormitory shortage . In the research, the concept of collective campus of private schools might address the guidelines of university student housing.
