¿ä¾à2 The purpose of this study is to seek plans for encouraging domestic long-life housing by analyzing foreign cases. Reference and case analyses, as well as expert interviews were performed to deduct impediments, and AHP method was used for selecting major impediments. Based on selected major impediments, activation plans were suggested. Major impediments were deducted in order of; lack of governmental support and PR activities for long-life housing supply (0.099), insufficient supporting measures for taxation and finance (0.091), Consideration of housing as means of money for investment than dwelling (0.087), and inadequate economical support for new technology development and introduction (0.083). These are considered to be base data for encouraging domestic long-life housing in the future.
