In modern society, enhancement of economic level is being changed rapidly together with general development. At present, display skill and directing flow speed among various display functions of museum have been gradually changed in a flexible way. A space that accommodates such elements becomes more free in its composition than before. Through development of high-tech technology, composition of intelligent communication is taken place based on a new linkage and infinite information. At the present time when display space is developed under an environment of accommodating numerous contents and information, museum of our country has also become more diversified and complicated together with quantitative increase throughout 80-90s. In this study, through Staedel Museum, display features and spatial analysis will be handled and a new expansion and phased development process of museum are intended to be considered. Based on its long history, Staedel Museum achieved a new harmony being matched with existing display environment through sustained preservation, functional retention of programs and expansion along with current of the times. It is considered that in this perspective, our country also may be able to provide a data of directional planning for developmental environment and expansion of more diversified museums in the future. |
