The problem that domestic exhibition facilities are facing in common from the beginning of their opening is a continuous repetition of considerable exhibitions' malfunction and of inefficient communication due to displays different from those originally designed. Such a problem occurs in most of large-scale exhibition facilities and, what is worse, the situation in those under medium size is even more serious because of their realistic limits that supervision cannot but to weaken in accordance with the order amount. To solve this problem, the study establishes the concept of exhibition management, and finds out its necessity, present condition, and the course of its further development through an overall understanding of the exhibition industry by theoretically examining the industry based on the existing studies and looking into exhibition industry and design. We built a model based on the checklist through factor analysis and reliability analysis through the KMO and Buttlet analysis for a research project leading exhibition management process analysis and validation of the checklist this study, an analytical model is actually Daegu National Science Museum work-process and expert panel discussions, we analyzed the importance of each sector through FGI techniques. Further validation was carried out by analyzing the details of the derivation of the exhibit cases Gwacheon National Science Museum, proceed to the validation process through this checklist. |
