The purpose of this study was to analyze the construction cost factors affecting the alterations of apartment shape according to the area ratio method. To choose the sample apartment complex analyzed with the data which were obtained by Korea Land and Housing Institute from 2012~2013 as follows ; VE annual reports and Residential Site Planning Collections. The results of this study were as follows; the underground parking lot 2.2%, skin(outer cover) 4.4%, windows 2.2%, core 4.9%, balcony 12.8%, 12.1% of area could be reduced in total. If a ratio of area regarded as a construction cost, the cost of four factors(underground parking lot, core, balcony, skin, windows) could be reduced 12.1%. |
