¿ä¾à2 Since urban flood is occurred from the increase of packing surface for water penetration, this study is researching decentralized rainfall management system by choosing test area which can secure infiltration area to solve urban flood. This study is analysing rainfall runoff by simulation about 3 planning methods of floods vulnerable area in test area. Based on 1.450mm of annual rainfall, each planning method for rainfall runoff can reduce mean 80% and reduce 50-70% of rainfall runoff in buildings. When applying rainfall saving or using facilities, water bill also can be reduced. Therefore, through the proper planning method according to the feature or situation of existing or new buildings, it can be helpful for urban rainfall management by preventing flood damage.
