The purpose of the study was to analysis complaint patterns of apartment's residents as a primary research to make amendment of apartment management. The data for the analysis was collected complaint of management register received from apartment's residents for the past year and case of civil appeal through Internet sites of e-People and 1372 consumer advisement center. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics using the Excel program. The results were as follows : 1) Overall the complaint patterns of a lot-solid apartment were central to the operations management's problems such as the resident committee and the construction ? works. 2) The complaint patterns of rental apartment showed central to operations management's problems such as rental cost, a tenant committee etc. and the administrations management's problems such as management expense's budget etc. 3) The complaint patterns of a lot-solid apartment and rental apartment in common showed maintenance management's problems such as a door knob's replacement by deterioration, the techno management's problems such as electricity, water leak, drainage etc. and life management's problems such as floor noise, pet's raise etc. |
