¿ä¾à2 Recently a lot of the heavy snowfall and heat wave due to abnormal weather phenomenon occur all over the world and cause loss of life and property damage. The heavy snowfall particularly led to collapse of the plastic greenhouse during the past three years in Korea. A strengthening method using tension ties was, therefore, proposed to prevent collapse of plastic greenhouse in previous paper. In test results, maximum capacities of the frames strengthened were larger than that of the frame without tension ties by 30% to 65%. In this paper theoretical analysis based on the test was carried out for reproducing the behaviour of plastic greenhouse
