Ready-mixed concrete industry has a complex task system. Because of this, production, shipment, and quality management systems that integrate the business are required to improve the efficiency. Thus, integrated management system using IT was developed in ready-mixed concrete. With the use of this system, all task holders can share information in real time, as well as the improvement of the efficiencies and quality of work are expected. |
