In assessing building energy performance, the important issue is how simulators (architects, HVAC engineers, etc) cope with predicting for building energy consumtion. he or she make decisions based solely upon what they experience in the real in conceptual design stage. By contrast, The authors suggest building energy simulation method of quantitative evaluation. For this study, the authors conducted multi-variate data analysis of one of the data-driven methods base on 51 data which real residential building from Korea Energy Efficiency Rating System. This paper shows application of building energy simulation method in conceptual design satage. |
