Since 1980s, the expansion and distribution of the public rental housing have been going dramatically. And as a consequences for such expansion, the aging progress for improving the living environment of housing, needs a lot of renovation due to meet the changeable housing needs. Quantitative supply only partial binary people who live in rental housing that meets the reality of the fall of the housing, long-term perspective, rather than redevelopment renovation is expected to increase the demand. The most important factor which guarantees a suitable housing approach is the criteria of Satisfaction among residents whom able to form the residential community and use the community facilities to determine the formation strategy. The tenants of Public housing and community facilities will be renovated by just the basic direction-specific characteristics as a distinctive approach which needed in the region. Thus, the supply and quality living environment and political system should be improved. This study Apartment analyzes the policies and institutions in order to Remodeling the current situation in attempt to improving the Community Facilities according to the legal formal system. |
