The modular architecture system has recently come into the limelight as a substitute for some demand increase in the residence of a single or a couple of persons. Accordingly, systems and policies to make plans for making practical application of residential equipments of the modular architecture are suggested. This research intends to present a basic material required for activating the modular architecture system in apartment houses through construction-planning investigation, detailed research on joints, research on facilities system for the purpose of utilizing habitation facilities of modular architecture which isn't actively replenished to collective habitation facilities. |
