When wood chips are used as a part of fine aggregates in lightweight concrete and mortar, problems such as degradation of initial strength and postponed setting or curing in the concrete and mortar occur. In this study, the effect on the initial properties of wood chip mortar such as initial strength and setting time was investigated using calcium chloride as a hardening accelerator through a series of experiments. |
