최근 건설 사업에서는 민원이 가장 큰 문제점이며 특히, 건설 작업 시 발생되는 분진, 소음, 진동 등의 환경문제가 민원의 주요 원인이 되고 있다. 그러나, 현행 법령에는 가설관련항목들에 대한 나열이 존재할 뿐 환경성능에 관한 항목을 따로 분류하고 있지 않다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 건설현장관리자들을 대상으로 방문 인터뷰를 실시하여, 각 건설가설기술요소 항목에 대한 환경성능 검토를 실시하여 민원 발생의 원인을 최소화하기 위한 기초 연구를 진행하였다. 그 결과 모든 가설기술요소에서 분진의 발생이 심하며 에너지 사용이 많은 것으로 나타나, 가설계획 시 분진의 발생을 줄이고 과다한 에너지 사용에 주의해야 한다. |

Recently, There are many problems about civil complaint. Especially, A chief cause of civil complaint is environment related in dust, noise and vibration in construction work. But there are not enough to study for construction temporary technique factor within law in Korea. Therefore, The purpose of this study was to evaluate environmental performance of construction temporary technique factor by experts as initial studies, to make full use of that in construction sites, when the complaint occur. |
