Nowadays, The Demand of the housing is increased by the population growth and the number of householders. Then the youngsters moved to cities where are even better in education and cultural environment. Therethrough the ratio of the urbanization and one person household are increase. This case study aims to propose the method of the stabilization of the housing supply and demand in provincial cities. To carry out this study, the present condition of housing supply and demand, it's policy are surveyed. The existing theoretical study and field survey are carried simultaneously. Jeonlabukdo province is selected as the case study area. The result of this study are as followings. To stabilize the housing supply and demand, the method of sustainable funding, that of invigorating apartment housings construction by improving bidding and it's standards, that of reducing the term of apartment housing construction and developing lands for housing, that of picking the thread construction, that of developing new housing sites and etc. are proposed. And preparing the demand for the old and youngsters's one person householder is proposed. |
